URL (%20) encoding?

Hello, the API I’m trying to use requires I send parameters as a serialized JSON object. For GET requests, I would obviously need to URL encode the serialization. In JS, one would use encodeURIComponent here, in Ruby, URI.escape, et al.

I understand that I could run a bunch of sequential =SUBSTITUTE calls for this, but this seems to me like something that should be in the standard library.

Thanks.

Thanks for the recommendation, @Eliot_Shepard — I have added this to our list of feature requests.

It’s only a matter of time for us to start supporting something similar to the ENCODEURL function or maybe another solution to address this.

Your alternative to use the =SUBSTITUTE function is as best a suggestion as any :raised_hands:t4:
