Hi, I am trying to enter a hyphen between two numbers like “1-3”, but it seems anytime I format to plain text, its still giving me a date. Any insight here? Thanks!

I’ve opened a bug report for it internally too.
In the meantime, would using the TO_TEXT function be an option in your workflow?
